Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
During busy periods, drops, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
Domestic (United Kingdom): 1-3 business days
International: 7–21 business days depending on destination
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak shipping periods.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
International Orders & Customs
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Downshift Culture is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
Lost or Delayed Packages
